Eligibility Requirements

Individuals who are high school seniors and individuals 19 years of age or older or individuals that cannot be appropriately served by another TRIO program ( Talent 搜索, 向上的束缚, 等)

Meets federal guidelines to demonstrate financial need. (Link)

Expresses a desire to enroll in a program of post-secondary education and requests information or assistance in applying for admission to, or financial aid for such a program.

A veteran regardless of age if he or she satisfies the eligibility requirements listed above.
